Riley Technologies engineering draws upon years of experience designing, developing, and manufacturing high performance race cars. We can deliver anything from individual components to complete race cars in our new 40,000 square foot manufacturing facility located in Mooresville, North Carolina. Our highly skilled design engineers are proficient in the most current design products from Siemens PLM Software. In addition, Computational Fluid Dynamics software from Ansys is utilized to ensure the most efficient designs are tested in the wind tunnel.
Our design team works closely with our Manufacturing group which ensures that new designs are distributed to and implemented by the fabrication and machine shops. Feedback from the machine and fabrication departments is provided to the design engineers which enables continuous product improvement and shorter development cycles.
